William Clark

CPA, MSPA

Bill graduated summa cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 1992. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford. He has a great variety of knowledge of multiple industries, but focuses in the following areas:

Hospitality

Hospitality is a niche Bill has been focusing on for over 20 years. He works with full service restaurants, breweries, bars, fast casual places, social clubs, and event spaces. He works with mom and pop shops, multiple locations, and multiple states. Taxation. Bookkeeping. Regulations. Tip reporting. He can help.

Construction

Construction is a niche Bill has been focusing on for over 20 years. He works with general contractors, subs, commercial builders, and home builders.

Nonprofits

Bill started his career as an internal grants auditor. He has lectured and written materials on various topics related to nonprofit accounting and auditing.

Jason Hirth

Jason graduated from Central Connecticut State University and later earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford. He has a great variety of knowledge of multiple industries, but focuses in the following areas:
